Your property, managed like our own
Owners hire us to take the daily work off their hands: screening tenants, collecting rent, coordinating maintenance, running council meetings and keeping the books. We handle that work the way we would for our own buildings.
Today that means strata corporations, rental buildings and individual investment properties, including rental buildings in Pitt Meadows and Chilliwack. Our brokerage licence also covers trading, so we can help when an owner decides to buy or sell.
We work in English and Korean, and every enquiry goes to one office in Metro Vancouver.
