ALS Property Management Ltd. (“ALS”, “we”, “us”) is a real estate brokerage at 329 North Rd, Coquitlam, BC V3K 3V8. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, als-pm.com. We handle personal information in line with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of enquiry, a subject and your message.
- Quote request form: the property type, number of units, property address or city, whether you currently have a property manager, your first and last name, email address, phone number, preferred contact time and any notes you add.
Information collected when you submit a form
When you send either form, our server records technical details about the request: your IP address, the approximate location derived from it (country, region, city, postal code and time zone), your internet provider and network number, your browser and device information (user agent), your language setting, the page you came from, and connection details. We use this information to protect the forms from spam and abuse.
Information stored on your device
The website remembers whether you chose English or Korean by saving a small setting in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To answer your message or quote request and to contact you about it.
- To prepare a management proposal when you ask for one.

These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or longer when the law requires it. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect information
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to form submissions and records is limited to the people who need them for their work. No way of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Your rights
Under PIPA, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it.
